Chad Stewart

Private chef, caterer and owner of Field to Fork Catering, chef Chad knows that good food starts with great ingredients. Previously Executive Chef at Garlic’s of London, he is involved with many local projects including a free range meats program called Pantry Box London, and is deeply engaged in the urban beekeeping and honey production community. He teaches at Fanshawe College in the Culinary Arts program and supports students’ dreams of producing, sharing and appreciating local, sustainable food.
