Join chef Ran Ai and sommelier Christie Pollard for a night of Sake and Sushi. Learn the basic sake styles while tasting some wonderfully delicate and intriguing combinations. A range of sake will be sampled, including locally produced Ontario Spring Water Sake.

Rooted in Chinese cuisine but trained in Classic French, Ran has worked in numerous restaurants with many types of international cuisines including French, Italian, and Japanese.
