Making puff pastry from scratch can be incredibly rewarding; however, it can also be incredibly time-consuming and require a certain level of skill. Tonight, chef Ran will show you how to assemble three delicious dishes in a fraction of the time using frozen puff pastry. Learn why puff pastry is a great ingredient to keep on hand, along with preparation and cooking tips that will leave bakers of all skill levels confident in the kitchen.
