Class includes: A bottle of soy sauce, a small bag of Chinese chilies, a bottle of Basso grapeseed oil, a bag of Jasmine rice ($20 value)

About three to four days before the event, participants will receive:
• Class ID/URL and password
• Recipe package
• Shopping list (and sometimes specialty ingredients)
