Cooking with cast iron has many advantages, from creating flavourful one-skillet dishes that are both sweet and savoury, to its resilience and ability to conduct heat beautifully. During this class, Chef Ran Ai will guide you through two delicious recipes, as well as cover all the essentials for cast iron care so that it lasts a lifetime.
