Chef Ran Ai shares a special menu with a touch of Asian flair that will switch things up for your next dinner party.


Menu:

  • Miso Soup with Local Organic Miso Paste from Harvest Pantry, Tofu, Scallion, and Turmeric
  • Slow-cooked Korean BBQ Pork on Steamed Bun with Julienned Vegetables, Kimchi, Fresh Herbs and Peanut Sauce
  • Crispy Chicken with Local Vegetables, Bacon, and Egg Stir-fried Rice

    Chad Stewart

    Private chef, caterer and owner of Field to Fork Catering, chef Chad knows that good food starts with great ingredients. Previously Executive Chef at Garlic’s of London, he is involved with many local projects including a free range meats program called Pantry Box London, and is deeply engaged in the urban beekeeping and honey production community. He teaches at Fanshawe College in the Culinary Arts program and supports students’ dreams of producing, sharing and appreciating local, sustainable food.
