Chef Chad Stewart of Field to Fork Catering shares his special menu featuring local seasonal ingredients.

Menu:

  • Parsnip and Pear Soup with Almond-Vanilla Oil
  • Pork Tenderloin Wellington Wrapped in Prosciutto and Puff Pastry with Yukon Gold Potato Emulsion
  • Roasted Red Wine Beets, Micro Greens and Stock Reduction
  • Decadent Callebaut Chocolate Cookies

Tickets: $80 +HST

    Chad Stewart

    Private chef, caterer and owner of Field to Fork Catering, chef Chad knows that good food starts with great ingredients. Previously Executive Chef at Garlic’s of London, he is involved with many local projects including a free range meats program called Pantry Box London, and is deeply engaged in the urban beekeeping and honey production community. He teaches at Fanshawe College in the Culinary Arts program and supports students’ dreams of producing, sharing and appreciating local, sustainable food.
