We are so excited to have Chef Emily Richards joining us from her kitchen with her new book Best of Bridge 5-Ingredient Cooking. Cooking a delicious meal has never been easier, especially when it only requires five ingredients!

  • Nicolas’s Italian-Style Pork Chops (cook along)
  • Scorched Honey Garlic Green Beans (cook along)
  • Brule Bananas with Coconut and Cinnamon (cook along)


Classes are conducted via Zoom.

About three to four days before the event, participants will receive:

• Class ID/URL and password
• Recipe package
• Shopping list (and sometimes specialty ingredients)
• Equipment list (and sometimes included kitchenwares)

    Author/co-author of 5 cookbooks including topics from Italian cuisine and glycemic index diets, she also writes for cookbooks, publications and websites that include everyday cooking and healthy eating. She shares her passion for food through trade and consumer shows, radio and television appearances.
