Chances are you’ve eaten a soup, salad, or sandwich in the past day. This trio makes up so many of our meals, but is rarely given the attention it deserves…until now. In this class, Chef Paul Harding will showcase recipes from Canadian chef and restaurateur, Matty Matheson’s most recent cookbook: Soups, Salads, Sandwiches. He will use Matty’s unique tips and cooking methods to show you how you can take these classics to the next level.
Guests will take home a copy of the Matty Matheson: Soups, Salads, Sandwiches ($48 value).
