In this class, Chef Matt Rice will teach you the versatility and unique characteristics of cast iron cookware as well as the importance of seasoning, cleaning and restoring them. Most importantly, you’ll learn how to harness the power of cast iron to create mouthwatering dishes that stand the test of time.
Lodge cast iron cookware will be 15% off on the evening of the class.
