Using cast iron cookware in the kitchen is a versatile, durable and chemical-free way to cook! Although it’s been used for hundreds of years, it’s made a big comeback in the kitchen recently. Allow Chef Matt Rice to introduce you to cast iron cooking tonight, from cleaning and seasoning tips to debunking common myths and showing you the incredible variety of recipes that are perfect for cooking in cast iron.
