Do you love duck, but are unsure where to begin your duck-cooking journey? In this virtual cooking class, Chef Ran will show you how easy it is to cook mouth-watering dishes using duck confit and pan-seared duck breasts, as well as types of sauces and sides that pair best with this rich and flavourful meat. Plus, learn how to cook the ultimate roast potatoes with duck fat.
Class includes: One cooked confit duck leg, a frozen duck breast and a jar of duck fat ($40 value)

Rooted in Chinese cuisine but trained in Classic French, Ran has worked in numerous restaurants with many types of international cuisines including French, Italian, and Japanese.
