Get ready to immerse yourself in the complex flavours and aromas of Indian cuisine. In tonight’s class, Chef Ran Ai will provide insight into traditional Indian ingredients and cooking methods to assist you in putting together a delicious Indian menu at home.
Class includes: A container of Arvinda’s kafir lime leaves and a container of Arvinda’s garam masala ($20 value)

A graduate of Western University and Stratford Chefs School, Ran moved to Canada in 2002 from Beijing, China. Rooted in Chinese cuisine but trained in Classic French, Ran has worked in numerous restaurants with many types of international cuisines including French, Italian, and Japanese.
