Sommelier Christie Pollard joins us to share a fun wine-filled evening of pairing and comparing. She will pair each dish with two wines of the same varietal but from different wine regions. Riesling, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah/Shiraz will battle it out for pairing supremacy.
