We are excited to have Maria Rosenkranz of Colaneri Estate Winery in the Niagara Region join us this season. Transport yourself to an Italian villa and enjoy a meal prepared by Jill Wilcox based on her travels to Italy, combined with Maria’s wine pairing expertise for each course.

 

Menu:

  • White Bean and Sage Crostini
  • Salad of Semi-dried Tomatoes with Mozzarella di Bufala
  • Wild Mushroom Risotto with Truffle Oil
  • Veal Tenderloin with Oven Roasted Tomatoes
  • Tuscan Apple Cake with Vanilla Gelato
