Bread baking is a trend that is here to stay! This hands-on class will focus on techniques for kneading, shaping, proofing and baking. In addition to making a loaf of your own bread, Carmen will take you through how to make several other types of breads including scones, focaccia and English muffins.
A hearty soup will be served during the evening to accompany the freshly baked bread.
