Class Details

There’s nothing like the smell of homemade bread in your kitchen! Join chef Carmen Barquero for this hands-on class that will focus on techniques for kneading, shaping, proofing and baking bread. Participants will get a chance to make their own loaf of baguette from scratch, plus Carmen will take you through how to make several other types of breads, including scones, focaccia and rolls.

A hearty soup will be served during the evening to accompany the freshly baked bread.
