If you’ve ever marveled at the pillowy texture of gnocchi and wondered how to create these delectable potato dumplings, this class is for you! Chef Ran Ai will teach you everything you need to know to make gnocchi from scratch and how you can use them to create a quick and satisfying meal.

- Basic Potato Gnocchi Dough/Ricotta Gnocchi Dough
- Ricotta Gnocchi with Butternut Squash, Kale and Sage Brown Butter
- Potato Gnocchi with Herbed Chicken, Sundried Tomatoes and Spinach

Rooted in Chinese cuisine but trained in Classic French, Ran has worked in numerous restaurants with many types of international cuisines including French, Italian, and Japanese.
