In tonight’s class, Chef Matt Rice is back to show you his favourite ways of incorporating local brew – (from Anderson!) into his dishes. Learn how flavours are enhanced when cooking with beer and enjoy samples of each one being used. As a bonus, Sam Chard from Anderson’s will be at the class to share his knowledge on food and beer pairings. Cheers!
