In tonight’s class, join Matt Rice as he shows you new ways to enjoy how to cook with your favourite beers. Learn how flavours are enhanced when cooking with beer and enjoy a couple of beer samples paired with the menu.  Cheers!


  • Spicy Kimchi Slaw with IPA Dressing, Toasted Sesame and Cilantro
  • Brown Ale Glazed Pork Belly, Pearl Barley Risotto, Arugula Pesto and Glazed Carrots
