Impress your family and friends with fresh gnocchi for dinner. Chef Ran Ai will show you how easy it is to make handcrafted gnocchi and how you can use them in different dishes to create a quick and delicious meal.
Class includes: a jar of Cote D’Azur Fleur de Sel with Herbs de Provence, a bottle of extra virgin olive oil, and a can of lemon stuffed olives ($30 value)
Menu:
- Potato Gnocchi (cook along)
- Creamy Gnocchi with Mushrooms, Spinach and Herbed Chicken (cook along)
- Arugula, Orange and Olive Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette (cook along)

A graduate of Western University and Stratford Chefs School, Ran moved to Canada in 2002 from Beijing, China.
Rooted in Chinese cuisine but trained in Classic French, Ran has worked in numerous restaurants with many types of international cuisines including French, Italian, and Japanese.
