With Mother’s Day and other springtime celebrations coming up, this is the perfect class to attend to sharpen your brunch skills. Chef Ran will discuss tips for a stress-free brunch, how to prepare traditional brunch dishes, and demonstrate a useful hollandaise sauce “hack” that will be ready in minutes.
Class includes: A package of frozen smoked salmon and a tin of smoked sweet paprika ($25 value)
- Apple, Feta and Spinach Salad with Pistachio (cook along)
- Egg Royale with Smoked Salmon and Spiced “Hollandaise” Sauce (cook along)
- Strawberry and Almond Scones (demo)

About three to four days before the event, participants will receive:
• Class ID/URL and password
• Recipe package
• Shopping list
• Equipment list

A graduate of Western University and Stratford Chefs School, Ran moved to Canada in 2002 from Beijing, China.
Rooted in Chinese cuisine but trained in Classic French, Ran has worked in numerous restaurants with many types of international cuisines including French, Italian, and Japanese.
