Miso is made from fermented soybeans. The soybeans are mixed with salt and koji, a special type of mold that is also used to make sake and some soy sauces.

To get its unique flavour, the mixture ferments anywhere from a couple of months to years! In this class, Chef Ran will show you different ways to incorporate miso paste into different meals, including desserts.
Class includes: A jar of The Garlic Box Caesar dressing and a bag of farro ($20 value)
