Chef and private vegan caterer Yoda Olinyk is back at Jill’s Table to present some of her favourite plant-based dishes. Participants will also learn about the science behind aquafaba, a new ingredient in the vegan culinary world, which will be used in the dessert.
- Killer Kale Caesar Salad with Tofu Bacon, Cashew Caesar Dressing, Chickpea Croutons and Lemony Massaged Kale
