Whether you follow a plant-based diet already or are “plant curious”, this virtual class will show you new ways to incorporate more plant-based foods into your meals. You’ll be pleasantly surprised with Chef Ran’s simple, tasty and satisfying plant-based dinner.
Class includes: A jar of tahini, a bottle of Giuseppe Giusti balsamic vinegar and a can of chickpeas ($20 value)
Menu:
- Roasted Cauliflower Salad with Tahini Lemon Dressing (cook along)
- Chickpea “Meatballs” with Soy Balsamic Sauce (cook along)
- Potato Herb “Risotto” (cook along)

About three to four days before the event, participants will receive:
• Class ID/URL and password
• Recipe package
• Shopping list
• Equipment list
