Plan your next celebration with a menu of delicious bites paired with the fabulous sparkling wines from around the world. Tonight, Jill and certified wine educator, Jessica DiFruscia, will explore recipes, common food pairings, and how to pair various textures and flavours with different bubbly styles.
Menu:
- Appetizer of Mini Potato with Crème Fraiche, Chives and Caviar
- Tapas Plate Including: Manchego Cheese, Olives, Serrano Ham, Marcona Almonds, Olive Oil Chips
- Prosciutto-wrapped Salmon on a bed of Herbed Orzo served with Seasonal Veggies
