Fully embrace the Korean food culture into your kitchen this evening with Chef Ran. Cook along and learn how to prepare classic Korean dishes while exploring fundamental cooking techniques, seasonings, and flavour profiles used in Korean cooking.
Class includes: A bottle of soy sauce, a bottle of rice vinegar and a portion of rice ($15 value)
- Sweet Potato and Vegetable Pancake with Spicy Soy Dipping Sauce (cook along)

About three to four days before the event, participants will receive:

• Recipe package
• Shopping list

Rooted in Chinese cuisine but trained in Classic French, Ran has worked in numerous restaurants with many types of international cuisines including French, Italian, and Japanese.
