Class includes: A package of Chaveroux goat’s cheese, a bottle of truffle oil and a portion of Carnaroli rice ($27 value)

About three to four days before the event, participants will receive:
• Class ID/URL and password
• Recipe package
• Shopping list
• Equipment list
