Join Chef Ran as she guides you through creating an impressive array of four Japanese restaurant staples. Learn about the importance of sushi rice, common sushi ingredients, and the art of rolling.
Class includes: a sushi mat, a piece of sushi grade tuna, and a portion of sushi rice ($25 value)
- Mushroom and Tofu Miso Soup (cook along)

Rooted in Chinese cuisine but trained in Classic French, Ran has worked in numerous restaurants with many types of international cuisines including French, Italian, and Japanese.
