Fisheries and aquaculture play a critical role in supporting food security for the global population. With the environmental change, a growing number of people are searching for sustainably-sourced seafood to feed their families. In tonight’s class, Chef Matt Rice will discuss what sustainable seafood is and how to select it, while preparing a delicious menu of seafood dishes, chosen with sustainability in mind.
