Learn to prepare authentic Vietnamese cuisine at home with Chef Ran as she explains the fundamental ingredients used in Vietnamese cooking, along with where to find them in local shops. Discover the predominant flavours used in this cuisine and the delicious cultural history of Vietnam.
Class includes: a package of tiger shrimp and a container of broken rice ($25 value)

Rooted in Chinese cuisine but trained in Classic French, Ran has worked in numerous restaurants with many types of international cuisines including French, Italian, and Japanese.
