As one of the most versatile wines, rosé has become more and more popular in recent years. Join Jessica DiFruscia and Jill in this food and wine pairing class featuring rosé from around the world.

Enjoy three rosés, each from a different grape varietal and country (including one each from France, Spain and Italy).

Menu:

  • Classic Salad Niçoise with Premium Tuna, Vibrant Vegetables and Dijon Vinaigrette– France
  • Chicken and Sausage Paella – Spain
  • Caprese Salad with Fresh Mozzarella di Bufala – Italy

However, JT cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19 while on JT premises. When you sign up for the class and pay the required fee, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 while on JT premises and that such exposure or infection may result in injury, illness, disability, or even death. You voluntarily agree to assume the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury, illness, disability, death, that you may experience as a result of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 while on the JT premises. Therefore, when you sign up for a class, you (individually and on behalf of your beneficiaries, assigns, heirs, and estate) release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless JT's and its employees, directors, attorneys, agents, insurers, and representatives, from any and all liabilities, claims, causes of action, damages, fees, costs, and expenses of any kind in respect of any such injury, illness, disability, or death that you may experience in the event that you become exposed to or infected by COVID-19 while on the JT premises.     Jill Wilcox was born and raised in London, Ontario. It was on a trip to Europe that she knew her life would revolve around food, well-prepared meals and bringing friends and family together around the table.

    For over 40 years, Jill has inspired others to cook through her London Free Press recipe column, many cook books and cooking classes. Since 1999, Jill’s Table has been London’s premier specialty food and housewares store, bringing in the best products from across Canada and around the world.

    In the spirit of giving back to the community, she established The Jill Wilcox Foundation in 2012. All funds raised by the foundation go to local charitable organizations that help women and children in food related initiatives.
