After struggling with food sensitivities her entire life, Johna changed her lifestyle to become gluten-free and plant-based many years ago. Realized that going out to restaurants or entertaining with friends/family was not in her favour, she decided to create her own plant-forward, gluten-free catering company and then moved on to opening her own restaurant. Johna have created many recipes over the years using her personal way of cooking and made dining out and entertaining for others helpful and enjoyable.
