Class Details

Chef Yoda Olinyk takes us around the world again, this time to Ukraine.  Tonight, Yoda will prepare a vegan feast with all traditional Ukrainian dishes.

 

Menu:

  • Vegan Borscht
  • Potato Pancakes with Beet Sauce, Applesauce and Sauerkraut
  • Cabbage Rolls with Lentil “Meat”, Brown Rice and Tomato Sauce
  • Sweet Pierogi with Potato, Mashed Apple, Sour Cherries and Mint
